Combines computer desk, five-drawer chest, and two shelves as an integrated wall unit and rollaway bed. Or use only the low rollaway bed with locking casters and store the loft bunk, ladder, and safety rails for later use, when the child is older. The loft bed system, recommended for children 6 years of age or older, can be reconfigured so the desk remains on one end with the drawer and shelves supporting the loft bunk bed. The rollaway bed then fits underneath in an "L" configuration for extra sleeping space, perfect for sleepovers. Safety guardrails bolt onto the top bunk and the ladder hooks onto sides. Twin size rollaway bed with locking casters includes 4 slats and uses standard twin mattress, not included. Loft bunk bed includes roll out slats and uses standard twin size mattress, not included. Bunk bed guardrail pair and ladder included. Weight limit is 150 lbs. Bunk beds are tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet Consumer Product Safety Commission mandatory safety standards and ASTM F1427-96 safety specifications.
